The history of coffee shop “Nedelya” starts on April 1st 1993 when Radoslava and Georgi Minchevi open their pastry shop on Baba Nedelya Square in Sofia. At the beginning in the pastry shop work 3 people and Minchevi make their cakes by themselves and welcome their first clients.

Nowadays Minchevi believe that handmade production, high quality products and fresh cakes are the things that make Nedelya a favorite pastry shop to the whole country.
